Arizona Abortion Ban from 1864

The Arizona Supreme Court ruled that an old law banning nearly all abortions from 1864 can be enforced again. Lawmakers are regrouping to try to keep abortion legal, with conflicting bans in place. Efforts are being made to put a referendum on the ballot in November to protect abortion rights.
