Accidental Shooting Death of Halyna Hutchins

Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced to 18 months for her involvement in the accidental shooting death of Halyna Hutchins by Alec Baldwin. Gutierrez-Reed failed to check the gun and allowed a live bullet on set. Baldwin mistakenly fired the bullet during rehearsal, killing Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza.
