Narco-terrorism charges against Sinaloa Cartel leaders

Federal prosecutors filed narco-terrorism charges against leading members of the Sinaloa Cartel, the first of its kind following the U.S. State Department's designation of six Mexican cartels as foreign terrorist organizations.
