Man Climbs Big Ben Tower in London Holding Palestinian Flag

A man climbed the Big Ben tower in London holding a Palestinian flag, causing traffic disruptions. Negotiators eventually talked him down and he was taken to an ambulance. Tours of the Houses of Parliament were canceled due to the incident.
