Man Accused of Throwing Big Gulp Drink at Kim Foxx

A man threw a Big Gulp drink at Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx during a confrontation outside her home in Flossmoor, Illinois. The man did not recognize Foxx and thought she was walking in the street. He was charged with aggravated battery and aggravated assault.
