Midair Crash at Reagan National Airport

Howard University professor Kiah Duggins was among the victims in a midair crash at Reagan National Airport. She was a civil rights attorney and former Miss Kansas contestant. The crash involved an American Airlines jet and a U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter with no survivors. Duggins was described as beautiful inside and out by friends and colleagues.
