Prison Inmate Builds Bombs in Prison and Mails Them

A man serving a life sentence for kidnapping built two bombs in prison and mailed them to a D.C. office building and a federal courthouse in Alaska. The bombs did not explode. The man is facing charges for attempted malicious use of an explosive.
