Defamation Lawsuit between Tony Bobulinski and Rep. Dan Goldman

Former Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski sued Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) for defamation after Goldman claimed Bobulinski made false allegations with the help of a Trump-affiliated lawyer. Bobulinski alleged that then-Vice President Joe Biden was slated to receive a ten percent stake in a deal with the CEFC China Energy Company. The lawsuit stems from a post made by Goldman on X in March.
