California beaches in Long Beach and San Pedro were closed due to millions of gallons of sewage discharged into the ocean. Trump EPA chief Lee Zeldin plans to visit the San Diego-Mexico border to address the escalating toxic waste and sewage runoff from the Tijuana River.
