Murder of Caroline Sinavaiana-Gabbard

Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard's aunt, Caroline Sinavaiana-Gabbard, was reportedly killed by a Samoan poet and author, Papalii Sia Figiel, who was charged with murder after beating and stabbing her. The incident occurred in Samoa and the suspect has been arrested.
