Burglary Tourism and Exploitation of Visa Waiver Program by Chilean Organized Crime

Texas Republican Rep. Chip Roy is warning of 'burglary tourism' by South American gangs who fly into the U.S. to commit home invasions and return home with stolen goods. Roy is urging the State Department and DHS to remove Chile from the Visa Waiver Program due to organized crime exploiting loopholes.
