Legal Action Against Cold Stone Creamery for Deceptive Advertising

A New York woman is suing Cold Stone Creamery for deceptive advertising, claiming she thought their ice cream contained pistachios when it only had pistachio flavoring. The lawsuit has been permitted to move forward by a federal judge.
