Chiquita Brands International ordered to pay damages to families of Colombian men killed by paramilitary group

Chiquita Brands International ordered to pay $38.3 million in damages to families of eight Colombian men killed by a paramilitary group. Chiquita previously paid a $25 million fine for doing business with the group.
