U.S. Treasury Imposes Sanctions on Russian Citizen and Companies

The U.S. Treasury imposed sanctions on a Russian citizen and three Russia-based companies for trying to evade U.S. sanctions and potentially unfreezing over $1.5 billion belonging to Russian metals tycoon Oleg Deripaska.
