Legislation on Presidential Substance Use Disclosure

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) introduced the “No Juicing Joe Act,” requiring the president to disclose any substances that might alter his state of mind. Ogles alleges that President Biden is receiving a cocktail to aid his cognition. The bill also calls for notification to Congress when the president takes drugs affecting judgment or mood.
