Shooting at Annual Dominican Festival in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Police in Allentown, Pennsylvania responded to a shooting at an annual Dominican Festival where two groups opened fire at each other. Several people were wounded but there were no fatalities. The incident is under investigation.
