Italian participation in EU naval mission to protect ships from Houthi attacks

Italy approves participation in EU naval mission to protect cargo ships in the Red Sea from Houthi rebel attacks. Mission is defensive but allows for self-defense. Houthis have targeted commercial ships in protest of Israel's offensive in Gaza.
