Taiwanese Olympic boxer Lin Yu-ting defeated Turkish fighter Esra Yildiz Kahraman in the 57kg semifinal bout at the Paris Olympics, advancing to the gold medal fight. Yildiz will take home a bronze. There was a gender eligibility controversy surrounding Lin in the past.
