Marathon Swim from Golden Gate Bridge to Farallon Islands

55-year-old grandmother from Pacifica becomes 6th person in history to swim nearly 30-mile stretch through Gulf of the Farallones, facing extreme challenges and dangers but successfully completing the swim in over 17 hours.
