Hamas Commander's Reappearance in Gaza

Commander of Hamas fighters in Beit Hanun, believed to be dead, reappeared in a video claiming victory over Israel. IDF had difficulty in Gaza due to lack of clear strategy. Hamas's strategy was to wait it out and not lose, believing that not losing equals winning.
