Angel Dad Jason Riley, whose daughter was murdered by an illegal alien, is urging Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp to declare an invasion and take action against illegal immigration. House Republicans passed the "Laken Riley Act" to detain criminal illegal aliens, but Senate Democrats blocked it.
