Henry Ruggs III serving prison sentence

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III is serving a 3-to-10-year prison sentence for driving drunk at 156 mph and crashing into a car, killing a 23-year-old woman and her dog. He is now working at the Nevada Governor's Mansion in Carson City as a community trustee inmate, making $2.50 an hour.
