Court ruling on handgun purchase ban for 18-20 year-olds

A three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled against a ban on handgun purchases by 18-20 year-olds, citing historical tradition and Second Amendment rights. Second Amendment Foundation and others filed the case. The ruling was in Reese v. ATF.
