A 20-year-old Honduran national was arrested in Texas for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14. He was previously released by the Biden-Harris administration in 2021. The arrest was made following information from DPS special agents and he was on the 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants list.

An 18-year-old Honduran migrant was arrested in Charlotte, South Carolina, for his alleged role in a shooting spree that left one person dead. The migrant entered the U.S. illegally by crossing the border from Mexico into Texas in 2019.
