Man arrested for impersonating ICE agent in Florida

23-year-old man arrested for impersonating an ICE agent in Martin County, Florida. Victims recognized he was not a law enforcement officer and called 911. The man claimed he was the victim but was later arrested for impersonating a federal law enforcement agent.
