Israeli Rescue Operation in Gaza Tunnels

Israeli forces conducted a daring operation to retrieve the bodies of six hostages who died in Hamas captivity in the tunnels under Khan Yunis, Gaza. The hostages were identified and families notified. Efforts continue to bring back all hostages. U.S. proposed a hostage and ceasefire deal accepted by Israel but not by Hamas.

Mandating Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) in Cars in the EU and Northern Ireland

Starting July 6, 2024, all new cars and trucks sold in the European Union and Northern Ireland will be mandated to have safety technology known as intelligent speed assistance (ISA) that alerts drivers when they are speeding and can even slow the vehicle down to prevent crashes.
