Supreme Court's Ruling on Illinois Assault Weapons Ban

The Supreme Court declined to review challenges to an Illinois ban on certain types of semi-automatic weapons, attachments, and magazines. Justice Clarence Thomas criticized the decision and called for more guidance on which weapons are protected by the Second Amendment.
