Scott Peterson's Appeal for Conviction Overturn

Scott Peterson, convicted of murdering his pregnant wife Laci and their unborn child in 2004, is seeking to overturn his conviction based on new evidence and DNA testing. His latest appeal focuses on suspects who allegedly burglarized a house near his home and potential new DNA evidence from a van fire and a stained mattress.
