Support for Transgender Community in Tallahassee

Janel Diaz, a Black transgender woman, founded Capital Tea in Tallahassee to provide services for transgender individuals, including a safe house. Despite discriminatory legislation in Florida, Diaz remains determined to fight for her community and herself. She also collaborates with organizations like the Rainbow Book Bus to support LGBTQ+ youth.
