Julio Foolio's Death

Florida rapper Julio Foolio, real name Charles Andrew Jones II, was shot and killed in Tampa at the age of 26. The shooting occurred in a hotel parking lot, resulting in four people being injured and one person dead. The investigation is ongoing.
