Lawrence DeLisle Seeking Clemency for Drowning Deaths of His Four Children

Lawrence DeLisle, convicted of murder in the drowning deaths of his four children, is seeking clemency, claiming the deaths were an accident caused by a leg cramp. He has served 35 years of his five life sentences.
