Wrongful Termination of Federal Workers in Lake Clark National Park

Eileen and James Kramer, who worked in Alaska's Lake Clark National Park for a decade, were suddenly fired by the Trump administration. They were wrongfully terminated despite their excellent performance. A judge ruled that the administration exceeded its authority in firing thousands of federal workers with probationary status. Legal efforts are underway to help these workers get rehired. The couple and other fired employees await clarity on potential reinstatement.
