University of Louisville parts ways with head coach Kenny Payne

The University of Louisville has parted ways with head coach Kenny Payne after two unsuccessful seasons and a 12-52 record. Payne, who won a national championship with the school as a player in 1986, signed a six-year, $8 million deal in 2022. The decision came after the Cardinals' first-round loss in the ACC Tournament.
