Barge accident on Ohio River damaging bridges and marina

A pair of Pittsburgh-area bridges reopened after 26 barges broke loose down the Ohio River, damaging a marina. No hazardous materials were on board the barges. No injuries reported. Incident followed record-breaking rainfall.
