Matisyahu's 'Ascent' Video and Response to Antisemitism
Jewish reggae musician Matisyahu released a video for his song “Ascent” filmed at sites of a terror attack in Israel, addressing antisemitism in the wake of Hamas massacres. He responded to antisemitic rhetoric from Ye (Kanye West) and faced anti-Israel protests at his concerts. Matisyahu is planning a return visit to Israel for performances in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
