NCAA sanctions on Jim Harbaugh and Michigan football program

Former Michigan football coach Jim Harbaugh receives a four-year show-cause order from the NCAA for impermissible contact with recruits and players during COVID-19 restrictions. Despite sanctions, Michigan plans to welcome him back as an honorary captain. Harbaugh is currently coaching the Los Angeles Chargers.
