CNN's Jake Tapper Defamation Lawsuit

CNN's Jake Tapper is facing a defamation lawsuit from a U.S. Navy veteran who alleges that CNN smeared his security consulting company, Nemex Enterprises Inc., during a segment on Tapper's program 'The Lead.' The lawsuit is scheduled to begin on Jan. 6 in front of Judge Henry in the Circuit Court for Bay County, Florida.
