Bedbug Infestations in Las Vegas Hotels

Several guests staying in popular hotels on the Las Vegas Strip encountered bedbugs in their rooms between September and January. Health inspectors confirmed bedbug sightings at the Encore, Venetian, Excalibur Hotel & Casino, and Mirage. The Nevada Resort Association stated that incidents of bedbugs are rare and isolated, with guests being relocated and exterminators called when needed. Bedbugs can be transported via luggage or clothing, and travelers are advised to check their hotel rooms before sleeping.
