Rat Infestation in New York City and New Orleans Police Department Headquarters

New York City Mayor Eric Adams is working to get rid of rats infesting the Big Apple while rats in the New Orleans Police Department headquarters are getting high on marijuana. The deteriorating building also has a cockroach infestation, mold, and malfunctioning facilities.
