Dominion Voting Systems lawsuit against Newsmax Media

Dominion Voting Systems is entitled to review personal communications and text messages of Newsmax Media journalists in its defamation suit against the conservative media company. Newsmax sued for $1.6 billion in 2021 for defamation and false claims about the 2020 election. A trial is set to begin in September 2024. Dominion is seeking evidence of Newsmax's journalists' state of mind regarding the claims made.
