Barge Accident in Pittsburgh
Over two dozen barges broke loose from a Pittsburgh marina, causing extensive damage as they floated down the Ohio River. Some barges were located and pinned against the river bank, while others continued downstream and some went over a dam. No injuries reported, but a marina sustained damage. Local bridges were temporarily shut down as a safety precaution.
