Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued an executive order to target and arrest criminals executing Chinese Communist Party influence operations. He cited CCP's 'Operation Fox Hunt' to forcibly return dissidents to China. Abbott also ordered divesting from Chinese assets and protecting infrastructure.
