Oregon Court of Appeals Decision on Gun Control Hold

Oregon Court of Appeals refused to lift hold on state-level gun controls by Judge Robert Raschio, preventing implementation of permit-to-purchase rule and 'high capacity' magazine ban. Lawsuit filed by Gun Owners of America and Gun Owners Foundation. Appeals court noted BM 114 has never been enacted and stays are granted to support status quo. Likelihood of state winning in support of BM 114 is uncertain.
