Pepperdine University cancels classes due to nearby Franklin Fire in Malibu

Pepperdine University canceled classes and finals due to a nearby brush fire in Malibu. Evacuations and shelter-in-place orders were in effect as the fire grew to over 2,800 acres, destroying structures and prompting power outages.
