Murder of Kevin Jiang

Kevin Jiang, a Yale graduate student and U.S. Army veteran, was shot to death in a case of targeted violence shortly after proposing to his girlfriend. The killer, Qinxuan Pan, had an eerie obsession with the victim's fiancee. After a nationwide manhunt, Pan was arrested and sentenced to 35 years in prison.
