Illegal Alien Accused of Sexual Assault

An illegal alien accused of raping a Rhode Island resident with a severe mental handicap was released into the United States by President Joe Biden's DHS. The accused, Rigberto Hoyos-Alban, was arrested by ICE after being released by jail officials who did not honor the ICE detainer.
