Rocket Failure in China

The first stage of the Tianlong-3 rocket by Beijing Tianbing Technology detached from its launch pad during a test due to structural failure and landed in a hilly area of Gongyi, China. No casualties were reported. The rocket is part of a partly reusable rocket under development by Space Pioneer, a private Chinese firm.
