NFL's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Efforts

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell says the league has no plans to shut down its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) offices and believes that DEI efforts make the NFL better. Goodell emphasized the importance of diversity in attracting talent and defended the Rooney Rule.
