Theft of Judy Garland's Ruby Slippers

Jerry Hal Saliterman has been charged in connection with the 2005 theft of Judy Garland's ruby slippers from 'The Wizard of Oz' and is accused of theft of a major artwork and witness tampering. The slippers were stolen almost 20 years ago and recovered by the FBI in 2018.
