Controversial Balloon Installation by Artist Scott Lobaido

Controversial artist Scott Lobaido released 100 pink, penis-shaped balloons with faces of Donald Trump foes outside a courthouse. The 'art installation' titled 'D--ks of Hazard' was meant to show displeasure towards certain judges and prosecutors.
